Since chardonnay grapes grow very early in the year, we avoid planting it on plots that are too cold, where spring frosts would be fatal.

It is therefore found on hillsides or plateaus to gain sufficient strength in its vines and grapes.

Its this strength, its force, not that of Luke Skywalker, but that which gives us persuasion, vivacity and tenacity.

All that is what our Chardonnay stands for.
